Blooming Arts is a creative floral design studio inspired by Kirsten Luise who has lovingly devoted over 24 years to the floral industry.

Coordinating the details of all aspects of a wedding or special event takes an open and creative mind, attention to details and plenty of preparation.

Kirsten has been servicing the Washington metropolitan area with her artistic floral work for many happy customers. From preparing special elegant galas at the Washington National Synagogue to the simple rustic farm and vineyard weddings in Virginia.
